The sessions helped me define my problems and then establish ways to resolve them, which makes me much more confident and positive. I am now aware of my position and what I should be doing. The most important thing is that you can find where you problems are and solve them accordingly.

"My status before I started coaching was that I have been working for a charity organisation for the last 10 years and am now looking to move as I need a change. This was the main focus and priority in my life.

My aim was to be working in a new job in September which is 3 months from the start of my coaching.  By December I want to be confident, happy and energetic within this role.
