Jennifer is the founding Director and intellectual driving force behind Incite Coaching. She has internationally accredited certifications from theLife Coaching Academy in Life Coaching and Small Business Management and has continued her development with the Christopher Howard Training Companies. She now has certifications as a Master NLP practitioner, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Chris Howards Neurological Repatterning and is a Master Results Coach and Performance Consultant. Jennifer is a motivated and passionate individual and is well known for the high energy levels she invests in all areas of her life.

Jennifer established Incite Coaching in 2008 after realising that the strategies and tools she had learnt whilst studying really made a difference in her own life and could enhance the lives of everyone. She is now committed to transforming the lives of as many people as she can through, coaching, training and support.

Jennifer graduated with First Class Honours in Psychology from Liverpool University (UK) in 2003, where she wrote a research paper focussing on organisational psychology to address inefficiencies in the workplace. Having spent a nearly 5 years working for Hays, Australasia's largest specialist recruitment organisation, including managing key nationwide clients and running her own office, Jennifer uses her experiences to offer individual and corporate perspectives on business and people management.
